Fixed a problem with the description of action to take place when 'transfer' is selected in student manager. Fixed a problem that occurred when you transferred or dropped the last student on a sheet. Changed the detail column total calculation for Yes/No sheets so that blank entries in a Yes sheet are counted as No and blank entries in a No sheets are counted as Yes.

In Status Manager, added the ability to select students from either grade sheets or yes/no sheets; added the ability to specify the six-week period that is to be considered current in the status reports as well as the student selection.

Fixed a problem in the Status Manager with selection of students based on grades in a specific subject. Also revised the initialization process of the Status Manager to eliminate an error that occurred in the case where Student Detail sheets were used or where the Student Status sheet had been allowed to remain after the Student Status reports were completed.

Modified Version Manager to detect grade books opened with a version older than one previously used. User is warned and advised to download new version but may proceed with older version if desired.

Provided for the creation of 'Student Detail' sheets in Class Manager. Student Detail sheets are intended to provide detail monitoring and documentation of Special Needs student skills.

Adapted Student Manager to act as Skill Manager when used on Student Detail sheets.

Provided for user to add sheets with names beginning with an underscore '_' that will not be considered as Class / Period sheets. This allows "power users" to create sheets for their own purpose.

Beta Version 0.95 - 8/13/2001 Assignment Manager added. This replaces obscure prompts with a panel that lays out all the entries in an organized manner. All entries are evaluated and explained prior to insertion. Deletions require confirmation. Version Control added. This automatically update existing books to the current version when the grade.xla file is replace. A problem with student number when new students were added was fixed. A problem with Reference Assignments when new students were added was fixed. On Yes / No sheets, the column summary for summary columns, like six-weeks, were changed to ignore summarized columns where no entries have been made. This enables the definition of attendance days ahead of time without including the future days in the summary column summary cell.
