The application and services can purchased in several ways:

Ø     Software only - The application is written entirely in Perl and can be installed and configured by your webmaster on your server.

Ø     Software and Installation - Channel Consultants personnel will install the software on your server that already has Perl, Web Server and FTP software installed. 

Ø     Software, Installation and Configuration - Channel Consultants personnel will install the software as described above and will work with you to configure the software for your environment. The cost of this turn-key service will vary with the environment to be configured and the volume of initial data to be entered.

Ø     Software, Installation, Configuration and Training - Channel Consultants personnel will provide you with a turn-key installation and train your administrative personnel on its use.

Ø     Maintenance and Support - All sales of the application include the first year's maintenance and support. Maintenance allows you to upgrade to new versions of the software as they become available and support allows you to have telephone help with issues that arise with the purchased product and service.

Ø     Hosted Services - Just want to have a the benefits without the hassle of managing a server and maintaining the software? Channel Consultants can host your site, providing you will 99.99% availability on a secure server and regular administrative services. There are restrictions on the bandwidth used and the volume of content stored but the basic price allows more than sufficient resources for normal users. A one-year hosting commitment is required at the start and hosting continues on a month-to-month basis after the first year.
