The portal requires that you permit session cookies in order to track portal usage levels. You have these blocked and must correct this before you can continue to use the portal.

In order to allow session cookies using versions of Internet Explorer, select 'Tools/Internet Options...' from the browser menu. Select the 'Privacy' tab in the 'Internet Options' panel and click 'Edit' at the bottom to open the 'Per Site Privacy Actions' panel. Type the domain name of the portal in the 'Address of Web site:' text box and click 'Allow'. Once this is complete, close the browser try again.
